How to Cancel Your Subscription

Overview
You can cancel your Adhesion Connect subscription at any time through the Stripe Billing Portal. Cancellation stops future billing — your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period.
Steps
- Go to Settings → Subscription or visit https://app.adhesionconnect.com/settings/subscription
- Click Manage Plan
- You will be redirected to the Stripe Billing Portal
- Select the option to cancel your subscription
- Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation
What happens after you cancel
- Your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
- Your Jobber connection and any integrations you have set up will stop functioning when your plan expires
Changed your mind?
If you want to reactivate your subscription before your plan expires, return to Settings → Subscription and select a plan.
