How to Connect Your Jobber Account

Overview

Connecting your Jobber account to Adhesion Connect is done through a secure OAuth connection — no API keys or passwords are shared between the two platforms. There are two ways to initiate the connection: from the Jobber App Marketplace or from within Adhesion Connect.

Before you begin

  • You must be an Admin user in Jobber to connect apps
  • If connecting from Adhesion Connect, you'll need an Adhesion Connect account first — sign up at adhesionconnect.com

Option A: Connect from the Jobber App Marketplace

  1. In Jobber, navigate to the App Marketplace and find Adhesion Connect

  2. Click Connect

  3. A permissions screen will appear asking you to authorize Adhesion Connect to access your Jobber account. Review the permissions and click Allow Access

  4. You will be redirected to Adhesion Connect

    If your Jobber email matches an existing Adhesion Connect account: You will be automatically logged in and your connection will be confirmed.

    If you don't have an Adhesion Connect account yet: You will be prompted to create one. Your details from Jobber will be pre-filled — just set a password and complete sign up. Your connection will be confirmed immediately after.

Option B: Connect from Adhesion Connect

  1. Log in to your Adhesion Connect account and go to Settings → Connections
  2. Click New Jobber Connection


  3. You will be redirected to Jobber. Sign in if prompted
  4. A permissions screen will appear asking you to authorize Adhesion Connect to access your Jobber account. Review the permissions and click Allow Access

  5. You will be redirected back to Adhesion Connect where your connection will be confirmed

If you see a location conflict warning

If the Jobber account you're connecting is already linked to another Adhesion Connect account, you will see a warning. As an Admin user, you have the option to claim the location — this transfers ownership of that Jobber location to your Adhesion Connect account.
