How to Upgrade or Change Your Plan

Overview
You can upgrade or change your Adhesion Connect plan at any time from your subscription page. Changes take effect immediately.
Before you begin
- You must be logged in to Adhesion Connect
- If you are upgrading from a free trial, you will need a valid payment method
Starting a paid plan from a free trial
- Go to Settings → Subscription or visit https://app.adhesionconnect.com/settings/subscription
- Click Select Plan on the plan you want
- You will be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page
- Enter your payment details and complete the checkout
- Your new plan is active immediately
Upgrading or downgrading an existing plan
- Go to Settings → Subscription or visit https://app.adhesionconnect.com/settings/subscription
- Click Select Plan on the plan you want to move to
- A confirmation popup will appear showing any prorated charge or credit based on your current billing period
- Review the amount and click Confirm
- Your new plan is active immediately
How proration works
When you change plans mid-billing period, Adhesion Connect calculates the unused portion of your current plan as a credit and applies it toward the cost of your new plan. The popup in Step 3 will show you the exact amount before you confirm.
