How to Use Adhesion Connect Triggers in a Zap

Overview
Adhesion Connect triggers fire automatically when something happens in Jobber, sending data to another app in your Zap. Once your Zap is published, no additional configuration is needed in Adhesion Connect — everything runs in the background.
Before you begin
- Your Jobber account must be connected to Adhesion Connect — see [How to Connect Your Jobber Account]
- Adhesion Connect must be authorized in Zapier — see [How to Authorize Adhesion Connect in Zapier]
- You must have a Zapier account and be logged in
Steps

Log in to Zapier and click + Create, then choose Zaps

Click the Trigger step and search for Adhesion Connect

Select the event you want to trigger your Zap — for example, Invoice Created or Visit Completed

Select your connected Adhesion Connect account. If you have multiple Jobber locations, select the account corresponding to the location you want to use

Click Test trigger to pull in a recent sample record from Jobber. This confirms the connection is working and gives you real data (if available) to map in the next step

Use the data fields from the trigger to map to your action step — for example, passing a client's email address to a CRM or a job number to a spreadsheet

Click Publish when your Zap is ready. Your automation is now live and will fire every time the selected event occurs in Jobber
Note on multiple Jobber locations
If you have more than one Jobber location connected to Adhesion Connect, each location has its own Zapier connection. Make sure you select the correct account in Step 4 when building your Zap.
