Webhooks allow Adhesion Connect to instantly notify external tools when something happens in Jobber. This article explains how webhook events work and how to set them up.
When a supported event occurs in Jobber — for example, a job is created or an invoice is paid — Adhesion Connect detects it in real time and immediately sends the relevant data to a URL of your choosing. This is called a webhook payload.
The receiving tool or system can then use that data to trigger further actions — updating a CRM, sending a notification, logging a record, or anything else your workflow requires.
Once saved, Adhesion Connect will send a payload to your destination URL every time that event occurs in Jobber.
After setting up your integration, trigger the event in Jobber to confirm the payload is being received correctly. Most webhook tools and platforms provide a log or inspector where you can verify the incoming data.
