I'm Not Seeing All My Jobber Events in Zapier
Applies to: PRO plan only
Overview
If a Jobber event isn't triggering your Zap, the most common causes are a missing trigger in Zapier or a plan change that has removed your access to the Zapier integration. This article walks through how to diagnose and fix it.
Step 1: Confirm you are on the Pro plan
Zapier access is only available on the Pro plan. If you recently changed plans and are no longer on Pro, your Zapier triggers will stop firing.
To check your current plan:
- Log in to Adhesion Connect and go to Settings → Subscription
- Confirm your active plan is Pro
- If you are no longer on Pro and need to restore Zapier access, click Select Plan to upgrade — see [How to Upgrade or Change Your Plan]
Step 2: Check your event history
Adhesion Connect logs every notification received from Jobber. For each notification, two events are recorded:
- Receipt event — confirms that Adhesion Connect received the notification from Jobber
- Delivery event — confirms that Adhesion Connect sent the data to Zapier. If no trigger is configured for that event type, this is recorded instead
To check your event history:
- Log in to Adhesion Connect and click History in the left-hand navigation
- Find the event you are expecting to fire
- If the delivery event shows no trigger configured for that event type, proceed to Step 3
Step 3: Check your Zap trigger
- Log in to Zapier and open the Zap that isn't firing
- Check that the trigger is set to the correct Adhesion Connect event — for example, if you are expecting the Zap to fire when a quote is approved, confirm the trigger is set to Quote Approved and not a different event
- If the trigger is incorrect, update it and republish the Zap
- If no Zap exists for that event, create one — see [How to Use Adhesion Connect Triggers in a Zap]
Step 4: Confirm the event is supported
Check the full list of supported triggers in [Overview of Adhesion Connect's 50+ Zapier Triggers and Actions] to confirm the event you need is available.
If you are still not seeing the event
- Confirm the event is actually occurring in Jobber — check Jobber directly to verify the action took place
- Confirm your Adhesion Connect account is connected to the correct Jobber location
- Check that your Zap is published and not paused
