My Jobber Account Won't Connect — What Do I Do?

Overview

Jobber connections are generally stable once established. If there is ever an issue authenticating with your Jobber account, Adhesion Connect will notify you by email so you can refresh your connection quickly.

If you received a connection error email

Adhesion Connect automatically monitors your Jobber connection. If we are unable to authenticate with Jobber for any reason, you will receive an email notification prompting you to refresh your connection.

To refresh your connection:

1. Log in to Adhesion Connect and go to Settings → Connections
2. Locate the affected Jobber location
3. Click the Refresh Connection button to re-establish the connection with your Jobber account — see [How to Connect Your Jobber Account] for step-by-step instructions
4. Once reconnected, your integrations will resume automatically

If you are having trouble connecting for the first time

Make sure the following are in place before attempting to connect:

• You are an Admin user in Jobber — only Admin users can authorize third-party app connections
• You are logged in to the correct Jobber account
• You have an active Adhesion Connect account
