What Happens to My Automations if I Cancel?

What Happens to My Automations if I Cancel?

Overview

If you cancel your Adhesion Connect subscription, your webhooks and Zapier triggers will stop firing at the end of your current billing period. Your integration settings are not deleted and will be restored if you reactivate.

What stops working

When your plan expires following cancellation:

  • Webhook events will no longer fire to your configured endpoints
  • Zapier triggers will no longer fire, and any Zaps built on Adhesion Connect triggers will stop running
  • Your Jobber connection will become inactive

What is preserved

Your Adhesion Connect account and all of your integration settings — including your webhook configurations and connected Jobber location — are preserved. If you reactivate your subscription, your automations will resume without needing to be rebuilt.

Reactivating your subscription

If you want to reactivate before your plan expires, or after it has lapsed, go to Settings → Subscription and select a plan — see [How to Upgrade or Change Your Plan].
